Welcome to the Analog Mixed Signal and Photonic Integrated Circuits (AMPIC) Lab at UD!

The AMPIC lab moved to the University of Delaware starting Fall 2019 and is engaged in the investigation of post-Moore CMOS Analog IC architectures. In addition to analog and mixed-signal circuits, our research explores novel architectures that leverage heterogeneous integration of emerging technologies with high-performance CMOS circuits. Some of the examples include hybrid CMOS-photonic ICs for optical interconnects and RF photonics, Edge-AI and neuromorphic computing using emerging devices, and applications of machine learning in IC design.
