HOUSING AND PARKING INFORMATION

Free lodging and visitor parking on the University of Delaware campus will be provided for all accepted participants who wish to use them.

The lodging will be for two nights (Tuesday and Wednesday) in the Christiana Tower facilities. The Towers are located on the north side of main campus, called Laird campus, a short walk from Gore Hall where the workshop will be held.

Each participant will be housed in an air-conditioned private one-room unit with full-service linens (towels and bed linens) provided. During the academic year, these rooms are shared by two undergraduates.

Visitor parking will be adjacent to Christiana Towers, and parking passes will be provided free of charge.

The workshop will be held in 208 Gore Hall, University of Delaware, Newark, DE.

The workshop is modeled off of the successful Tapestry workshop and TAG workshops held the past several years at University of Virginia, and sponsored by the National Science Foundation through a grant to University of Virginia, NSF grant #1042452. The University of Virginia organizers are helping us to organize the first of this kind of workshop at University of Delaware this summer 2011.
