Dr. Mark Mirotznik is an associate professor of the Electrical Engineering Department of the University of Delaware and director of the Electromagnetic Materials Laboratory. He holds a secondary appointment in the Biomedical Engineering Program. Dr. Mirotznik is the Director of Educational Outreach for the Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Director of off site Graduate Education at Aberdeen Proving Ground for the College of Engineering. In addition to his academic positions, he is an associate editor of the Journal of Optical Engineering and is a Senior Research Engineer for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Carderock Division.
