Debugger: dbx, gdb

Editors: vi, emacs, pine

Unix basics: ls, cp, lpr, etc.

Contest commands: register, submit, clarify

Forbidden:
Code construction tools (lex, yacc, scheme-to-c, etc.)
Calls to libraries that require explicit mention on the compile command line
(except that the judges will put "-lm" on the compile command line).

Allowed:
#include and use of automatically loaded standard library functions.
All of this is subject to revision to conform to contest judges' decisions.
