Directions to University of Delaware site for ACM Programming Contest 1995

The contest will be held in Pearson Hall, rooms 11x.  Meet first in 
room 11y.


From I-95 (north or south), take Delaware exit 1, marked U of Del, marked
Newark, DE, marked highway 896.
Take 896 north, continue straight when 896 turns off to the left at 
third light.  You will be on South College Ave.
Continue on past stadium on right, over a rail overpass, into campus area.
a total of 2 miles from I-95.
You will go under a pedestrian overpass.  Continue to the next light
and turn right on Delaware Ave.
Proceed 2 blocks on Delaware, past Academy St, to Haines St.
Turn right on Haines, and enter the gold parking lot on your right.
After you've turned into the lot, Pearson hall is directly in 
front of you.  You can enter through the back entrance or through the 
"roundhouse".  Pearson and Graham halls are connected at the "Roundhouse".
Pearson is on the left of the Roundhouse as you face it from the parking lot.
Our rooms are on the first floor, near the Roundhouse.
Pearson Hall fronts on Academy St.

Penn Staters:  Arrive in Newark on 896 or 273 (from Maryland).  From 896 take
specified right turn at second light in Newark.  At next light turn left
onto 273 (Main street).  At next intersection cross tracks and turn right
(only choice) onto elkton road.  At next intersection, turn left onto 
Delaware Ave and proceed as described above.

I've been assured you won't be ticketed for parking in ordinary
spaces in the parking lot behing Pearson Hall.  We'll have some signs
sporting "ACM" at the lot entrance and to indicate your way into Pearson Hall.
We'll meet in Pearson room 104 at 10:30.
