Email lists

The UDel email list chimera-users is open to all users of Chimera. Discussion of problems, sharing ideas and tricks, and any other things that might be of interest to the users of the system can be discussed there. Join the list.

By the way, all users of Chimera should subscribe to a separate list, chimera-announce. That list is used by the administrators to broadcast important time-sensitive announcements, such as scheduled shut-downs, important upgrades or changes in configurations, and so on. It is a low-traffic list.

Help tickets

Help tickets to report problems or request help with the software or administration of Chimera should be posted using the EE/CIS Help Request System.
