This directory is where we will place all of the files
from the parent directory "joint_seminar" after the 
end of the 1997-1998 academic year.

At that time, files for the new 1998-1999 academic year can 
be created in the parent directory, "joint_seminar", and back
references to 1997-1998 will have to cite this directory, that
is, 97-98/1.speaker1.html , 97-98/2.speaker2.html , and so forth.
