This program was written in Matlab. The main program to run is gui.m, so simply open up matlab, cd into the code directory, and type gui. Below is an image of what pops up.
Next, click on the "Load LF" to load an array of images. Simply pick the directory with all the images and click OK. Note that the script "LFscript.txt" must also be in the directory, with the correct format and filenames, as seen in this example. Script File
