The device combines the functions of gas and brakes in a single pedal.
The above figure shows the pedal color-coded. Parts colored in green work
when
acceleration is applied; the red parts work when brakes are applied.
In blue is a
locking mechanism, an essential part of this invention.
To the right of it is a similar figure, except that part of the locking
mechanism is broken away to show what's behind.
This simple animation shows how it

I am currently looking for companies interested in licensing my invention.
The types of companies include:

Automakers; for obvious reasons.

Race driving teams; by reducing driver's reaction time the pedal would
increase his/her competitiveness on the race track.

Insurance companies; by reducing driver's reaction time the pedal would
increase safety, whereby reducing number of insurance claims and increasing
profitability of insurance companies.

Any other company, which I din't think of, and which may be interested
in the pedal.
