In the middle of the page, there is a table listing
"Recent Working Versions". Clicking on "Software Links",
you shall find all the files needed for installing your own ML.
Follow the instructions in the file "INSTALL".

If you plans to install on Windows, there is a self-extracting
installer for the version 110.07, which may save you from some
troubles.  The URL is
