1. Find the specific heat capacity C_v of Si at room temperature, given that the Debye temperature is 625 K for Si. Use the solution graph for the Debye molar heat capacity in the handout given in class, and the relation, C_m = C_v ·M_at, where M_at = the gram molecular weight.
