1. Find the specific heat capacity Cv of Si at room temperature, given that the Debye temperature is 625 K for Si.  Use the solution graph for the Debye molar heat capacity in the handout given in class, and the relation, Cm = Cv ·Mat, where Mat = the gram molecular weight.
