It comes complete with yoke and U-joints installed and was a direct bolton to my stock 10-bolt rear and 700R4 (1985 Z28). It is a full 3inch diameter piece and I had to bend my DSL in one location to get enough clearance for the shaft.
There are two pics of an factory alum shaft that was sent to me from an Internet deal... (Yes, he can Pirate ideas, and rip you off, while still maintaining his innocence and presence...)

Shaft is scored by an exhaust clamp bolt and I wouldn't use it behind my motor... or anyone elses motor for that matter..
