- Evaluated and improved the performance of Level 3 CUBLAS , successfully achieved 160~220 (GFLOPS) on GPUs(Geforce 9800 Gx2)[Result.pdf][Reference.pdf]
- Compared BLAS and FFT performance based on CUDA APIs and FFTW/gotoBLAS
- Compared the performance benchmarking between the single-GPU, multi-GPUs, SUN Midnight cluster
- Examined the efficiency and productivity by calling CUDA from Python
- Simulated an Ocean heightfield and weather forcast using CUFFT and rendered the result by OpenGL
