Course Description:

This course includes some fundamentals in digital communications: communication signal characteristics, common modulation schemes, optimal receivers for the AWGN channels and their performance analyses, channel capacity and coding. It also includes a fundamental description of OFDM systems for intersymbol interference (ISI) channels.
