  • Web and application developer for LDS, a consulting company that focuses on providing E-Business, enterprise and SAP portal solutions for our Fortune 1000 clientele. Worked on multiple projects, both on teams and alone, utilizing; HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, ASP, JSP, XML, CSS, Flash with ActionScript, CGI/Perl, SAP, VB, SQL and database design and optimization. Worked on the frontline with many clients in technical transfer and support (both on-site and off-site). Served as a junior project manager and technical lead on multiple projects including on-site with JPMorgan Chase. Conducted user interface and user experience design validation via usability testing and prototype creation. Designed and modified site comps and images with PhotoShop, wrote/revised content for the web, implemented Quality Assurance (QA) testing and analyzed Web Trends data. Helped to construct sales proposals by giving diagnostic assessments and technical recommendations, including client recommendations from on-site support knowledge.

    Volunteer for the YCN, a non-profit organization devoted to promoting DanceSport. Current Chairman of the Rules Committee and former Co-Webmaster. Previously redesigned the web site using SHTML, DHMTL, JavaScript and CSS to keep similar look while simplifying the site code. Created/modified images for the site in PhotoShop.     Web Design and Computer Networking Consultant, Show Digital, NY, NY — March 2001 to June 2001

    Hired to redo the consumer portal web site and assist in the configuration and installation of new network servers and user workstations. The original portal was created with Fireworks and Dreamweaver and contained pages that were broken up into multiple images within several tables and frames. HTML/DHTML, JavaScript and CSS were used to code the new pages from scratch. Images were created and edited with PhotoShop. Network support performed on Windows NT servers and workstations and Windows 98 machines.

  • Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Lab Staff Administrator for EE/CIS computer network.     Gathered requirements and wrote specifications for new and replacement power generation and power monitoring computer systems. Later tested the system's functionality and operational output. Performed application development on Windows 98/NT with SQL 6.5, Access '97 with VBA coding, Oracle, and C. Converted a financial and statistical calculation program written in C for DOS based Paradox Database software into SQL with Microsoft Access '97 through VBA coding with Microsoft Access Forms and Reports as the presentation layer. Utilized SQL 6.5 in conjunction with Microsoft Access '97 and VBA coding to upgrade SQL triggers and views, better control live databases through Selects and Joins and access interactive forms to make adding and modifying data by the system operators easier.
