Purpose: Time long programs, when no operator may be present at time of result.
Description:

Extends use case: time whole program.
At end display information should go into a file for later display and analysis. Alternatively timing information should go into a database for later analysis in conjunction with other timing measurements.

Designer then starts code and goes and has dinner.
