I am a PhD. Pre-candidate of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Delaware (Newark, DE, United States).
I obtained my bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (Medellin, Colombia).
Currently, I am working with Professor Gonzalo R. Arce in Signal Processing for Congestion Control.
