I am a research assistant in CAPSL, the Computer Architecture and Parallel Systems Laboratory. My advisor is Guang Gao.

My research is in analyzing parallel architectures and optimizing parallel programs. We are very fortunate to have Cyclops64 (aka BlueGene/C), a real developmental architecture on which to experiment. I'm currently working on Mstack, a benchmark based on the median stacking signal processing technique. Mstack was created by a colleague of mine at the Army Research Laboratory.
