  1. PAM1.avi and PAM2.avi are B-Mode images by PAM. The increment between contiguous frames is 10 um. 940 A Lines compose one frame. PAM1.avi is a movie for the first 130 frames and PAM2.avi is a movie for the 131st to 260th frames.
  2. Interpolation of a factor of two is used in the processing of PAM data in both lateral and depth dimension. IIR Buterworth filter is implemented in MATLAB whose cutoff frequency is set to 70 MHz. Hilbert transform is performed before the intensity image is displayed to acquire the analytical representation of the signal.
  3. For one B Mode image of PAM, lateral range: 0.2mm-4.7mm. Depth range: 1.58mm-3.08mm. The dynamic range is -13dB~6dB
  4. SDOCT.avi is a movie generated by B-Mode images of SDOCT. 160 frames are included having an increment between frames of 19.943 um.
  5. The lateral range of the B-Mode SDOCT image is 0.7mm-5.2mm and the depth range shown is 0.1mm-1.8mm. The dynamic range displayed is 58dB~92dB
