My Research at UDEL

I am currently working on a project called RNAVLab. It is a set of tools that enables scientists to study RNA secondary structures using computational methods. The tool gives them access to various HPC resources.

I am now working on imporving the performance and accuracy of RNA secondary structure predictions by using a devide and counquor techinique. I hope to extend the possibility of predicting very long structures (200+) with pseudoknots.
