1. Select a simple CMOS logic circuit for your semester project.
Submit a logic diagram (e.g. NAND/NOR), with truth table and logic symbols.
(do not submit a transistor diagram or MOS layout in this assignment). Give 1 or 2 sentences why you are choosing this circuit.

2. Give the transistor schematic, the truth table, and the stick figure layout for a CMOS logic circuit that implements the Boolean expression: B = NOT[A1xA2 + A3].
