For problem 2, "Submit a descriptive plan for your course project," what is asked for is a sentence or 2 describing your ideas and intentions for the semester project. Give your preliminary thoughts on what type of CMOS circuit or structure you will work on. Examples include a NAND/NOR gate, flip-flop, MEMS structure. The CMOS circuit should contain 10-15 transistors, no more. If it is MEMS, it should be a simple pillar or set of plates. This assignmnet will be graded on clearly stated intentions. Do not submit a logic diagram or schematic. Again: you will have an opportunity to edit and modify your design project during the semester.
