1.  Calculate and compare the numerical values of the diffusion capacitance with that of the depletion capacitance. Assume a one sided step junction with NA = 5E18 cm-3 and ND = 1E17cm-3. The junction area is 100 microns square, the lifetimes are 100 nanoseconds, the diffusivity is 12.4 cm2/s, and the forward bias is 0.7 volts.
