Special Project III - due Friday, 18 May 2007, at noon

  Go to www.nanoHUB.org and click on the "Nanoelectronics" link under the "Simulate" column. Launch the "MOSFET" tool and play around with it a bit. For your project (a) simulate the I-V characteristics of your favorite size n channel MOS transistor and plot a hard copy. Next, (b) decrease the channel length by a factor of two, and repeat the IV curves for comparison with (a) and replot. (c) Turn in both plots and discuss if the results are what you expect.
