Design, draw, analyze and explain your own idea for a novel electronic device.  Submit a single page (only) giving a title, one paragraph description of what your device is supposed to do, a figure showing the expected IV characteristics, and a few equations describing the operating mechanism, using the technical approaches used in the course. Grading criteria will be based on originality and the soundness of analysis. Do not limit your ideas by present fabrication techniques.
