TITLE:   Organizational Self-Design in Semi-dynamic Environments
 
ABSTRACT:   In this paper we propose a run-time approach to organization that is contingent on the task structure of the problem being solved and the environmental conditions under which it is being solved. We use TAEMS as the underlying representation for our problems and describe a framework that uses Organizational Self-Design (OSD) to allocate tasks and resources to the agents and coordinate their activities.
