Winter at Bryce Canyon

January 10, 2004

My good friend Ravi (a Professor at the University at Albany (New York), and my first ever PhD student back in 1983), and I took a road trip to Bryce Canyon National Park. We took a short hike of about a mile and otherwise toured the park by car. It was AWESOME! The blue sky, the white snow, the green pines and the multihued (but mostly red) rocks were just so incredibly beautiful. A once in a lifetime experience.
