THIRTEEN REASONS WHY "SCOOBY DOO" WAS A DRUG-INFLUENCED CARTOON: 
     
1.  Shaggy always had the munchies, but he still looked like Axel Rose.
     
2.  Fred, some freak with blue dickie around his neck, was their leader.
     
3.  Like Scrappy Doo wasn't on speed, give me a break. 
     
4.  They all thought the dog was talking. 
     
5.  Shaggy always said "like" to the extreme, i.e. "like  ZOINKS, Scoob,
    let's get outta here!!" What's a zoink? 
     
6.  If they were sober, the rest of them would've kicked out Velma long ago, 
    what a downer!
     
7.  They drove around in the MYSTERY MACHINE, which had that weird trippy
    design on it's side.
     
8.  They always chose Phyllis Diller and the Three Stooges as their special
    guests stars.
     
9.  Those "Scooby Snacks" sure looked a lot like chocolate chip wafers.
     
10. Look at Shaggy; the way he dressed, his goatee, enough said. 
     
BONUS:
     
11. Scooby would take a 3-foot sandwich, crush it and  swallow it, and then
it would elongate in his throat (Sometimes  sideways) but he never remembered  
anything the next time.
     
12.  Scooby and Shaggy were willing to do anything for a  Scooby snack. 
     
13.  The more Scooby snax they ate, the more brave they got.
