Papers on Composites and P-Dylan

1. An early version of composite trees is described in our paper in the 1994 IEEE ICCL, or in my dissertation proposal.
2. Things have changed quite a bit since then. We've moved to a more dynamic system, and used Dylan as the new base language. here's why.
