Research Assistant - Global Computing Lab, University of Delaware, June 2009 - Present

Design and implement a modularized framework based on MapReduce for RNA secondary structure prediction workflows.
Implement octree-based clustering algorithm in MapReduce using Hadoop.
Study the scalability of the Octree-based clustering program on Terabytes datasets on Dash, Trestles, and Gordon.
Design and implemented two variations of Octree-based clustering in MapReduce-MPI.
Performance profiling and analysis of the two variations.
